Josh Wallenstein is an accomplished attorney and compliance expert. He is also the Managing Member of The Wallenstein Law Group, a boutique practice specializing in legal and compliance issues. Mr. Wallenstein offers his clients practical, no-nonsense solutions to a wide variety of compliance concerns. With well over two decades of legal, compliance, and risk management experience, he has served as both internal and external compliance counsel for a wide range of public, private, and non-profit companies. Mr. Wallenstein has also acted as the World Bank’s Compliance Expert in a debarment matter and has worked with other multinational organizations (e.g., the United Nations and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights). During his career, Mr. Wallenstein has worked “on the ground” in six continents and has lived in various US states, the United Kingdom, Mexico City, and Dubai. Mr. Wallenstein is a member of the Texas, New York, and District of Columbia bars. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B. A. from Southern Methodist University; he is a published author and frequent public speaker on ethics and compliance-related issues.
