Business Performance Advisor, Insperity

Sam Kelner is a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity who joined the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Business (TAB) in 2023, also becoming the TAB Houston-Gulf Coast Regional Chair. In this role, he represents regional business interests and advises on local needs. Kelner's diverse career spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including internships in the White House and various political organizations after 9/11. His professional journey includes real estate consulting, banking, nonprofit work, and business development across multiple states. Kelner holds an Executive MBA from the University of Houston and is actively involved in community service, including founding veterans' employment initiatives and serving on nonprofit boards. Currently residing in Bellaire, with his family, he is the President of the Bellaire Southwest Houston Rotary Club and remains engaged in various local business associations and volunteer activities.
